How to prepare for NTS NAT.

  •  How to prepare for NTS NAT test?

First of all , when I was about to give my aptitude test I searched the whole internet and found nothing. I really needed help regarding the aptitude test and truly saying nothing on the internet helped me soo I had to go through it on my own.

And I am here now to help you guys how you can prepare the best for the test and how you can score 80+ easily.

TIPS AND TRICKS TO PASS APTITUDE TEST:

Secondly, you don’t have to be confused at all and get tensed , you just need a little  preparation and I will show you from where and how much time daily the preparation requires?

•Preparation Book:  You first have to know which book you want for example you are a engineering student or a medical student as per book the sections are divided according to the subject. NAT - IE  for engineering and computer science group and NAT - IM for Pre Medical Group. Make sure you pick the right book. Here are the books:

you can buy them for 1100/- rupees online.  From this link:  https://www.dogar.com.pk/books/nts-tests/

•Sections: As the NAT is divided into sections.

  1. analytical reasoning
  2. Quantitative
  3. Verbal
  4. Subject ( e.g : NAT - IM —> biology , chemistry and physics. )
• The verbal part is very easy to attempt and less time consuming. It includes :

• Comprehensions were very easy too! They gave small paragraphs and MCQ’s under it. Every answer was easily predictable from the paragraph given.

• Analogies were quite difficult to me but I don’t know about you guys.I worked on them for hours but to be very honest luckily, they were not asked on my exam.

Quantitative portion is all about math. There were many questions regarding profit and loss. Percentages , algebra and arithematic. I am too bad at mathematics soo I found this portion of my exam way difficult.

• For subject part I will say if you were good at your subjects in college , you will ace this part of exam. These questions were very easy and plus point very less time consuming.

MANAGE TIME: Managing time is very important. I will definitely suggest to time yourself when you prepare at home. Otherwise on exam day you will just rush and will not give your best.
The sequence I suggest to attempt from first to last is:
  1. Verbal
  2. Subjects
  3. Quantitative
  4. Analytical
Analytical part is very time consuming. Mind that!

  • Total time to attempt the exam is 2 HOURS.
